2. GDPR & Data Privacy Compliance

All data shared within the Operations Dashboard is processed in strict compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We ensure that:

• Your access logs and interaction data are encrypted and securely stored.
• Information is used exclusively for operational logistics, supply chain management, and B2B communication.
• No third-party entities have unauthorized access to your proprietary data.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

By logging into this secure workspace, you (the Partner) agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all commercial data, pricing models, supply chain routes, and strategic documents presented within the portal. Unauthorized downloading, screen recording, or sharing of this information with external parties is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of portal access and subsequent legal action.

4. Partner Rights & Data Management

As an authorized partner, you retain the right to request a full report of your operational data stored on our systems. If your partnership with Noventra Pharma concludes, you may request the deletion of non-essential operational logs, subject to standard legal retention requirements.

5. Acceptance of Terms
